Guardian/Duelist here. I'm only going to mention classes that I'd agree with choosing.

Ravagers shouldn't go tank, they one hit all on their way with endgame equipment, if not skilled tank, anyway. You can also go for Sorcerer or Crusader subclass as well.

Everything else is going in to murky water, and results will probably be murky too. And if you do, that's what autopotion is for.
Aura Kingdom Sorcerer Comprehensive Guide by lionstaring. Pick any sub you like that best suits you. With Sigrun and Revitalizing Wall, you don't need heals.

If you want more healing, grab Nocturnal Weapons. In general, it feels like Bard/Sorc is the more support class, but I prefer Bard/Wiz for the defensive buff.

Bard: The best sub to deal the most damage. Classes I don't mention are what I wouldn't recommend for a dps guardian. For those of you who watch Log Horizon, this class is suppose to be kind of like what Shiroe does.
