Hello folks, I've got an LG 47LE8900 set which is hooked up via HDMI to my Yamaha AV receiver. So, I'm upstairs, and my mom tells me to come downstairs because the TV isn't working, Because all it's saying is, "Please Run Channel Auto Scan" and I'm looking everywhere to try to fix it, and when I go look on the Internet, all the solutions don't help at all. I had it do it's automatic channel scan several times but it failed to find our local CBS and NBC channels - which it had been receiving for nearly two years.
(Normally the input cable goes to a 2-way splitter, with one output going into Comcast's set-top box, which feeds the TV.) There is appearantly a setting for auto programming channels (did a quick Google Search for that model).
