VICT is the first stevedore to break through the $100 threshold of stevedores’ infrastructure surcharges. Effective 1 January 2020, customers are advised that VICT will increase its Infrastructure Surcharge to $121.80 per container (exclusive of GST). This applies to all: 1. The increase in charges will come into effect from 1 January 2020. That’s an increase of about 77 percent.
