According to the interlinear bible the god here is Yahweh. Help me, O Yahweh my Elohim. I always thought Elohim and Yahweh were just two different names for the same god, but according to the bible they are two entirely different gods. God's name in the Torah is יהוה (YHWH in Hebrew, not in English). But in Exodus 24:9-11 74 men go up and see god.
