KITCHENER -- The Guelph Police Services Board announced Wednesday that it has appointed Daryl Goetz as the city’s new Deputy Chief of Police.

Mr. Cobey has had a distinguished career with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, which began in 1993 as a Constable in remote northern communities and rural southern communities of Manitoba.
